Cauliflower Soup Recipe

| Ingredients: |
| Cauliflower | 1 medium sized |
| Butter | 1teaspoon |
| Maida | 1teaspoon |
| Vegetable boiled water | 4 cups |
| Milk | 1 cup |
| Cream of milk | ½ cup |
| Cheese | 1 teaspoon |
| Pepper crushed | ½ teaspoon |
| Salt | To taste |

| Preparation Method: |
- Boil vegetables (beans, cabbage, carrots, peas etc.) in 6 cups of water for ½ an hour.
- Strain out and keep aside roughly making it to 4 cups. Melt the butter in a pan .
- Add maida and mix well . Slowly pour the vegetable boiled water, mixing the flour smoothly.
- Cook till the liquid thickens. Divide the cauliflower into sprigs. Add to the liquid.
- Add to the liquid. Cook till soft. Top with cream and serve.
- Cheese can be added just before serving.
