Meenmutta Ularthiyathu Recipe

| Ingredients: |
| Meenmutta (Pananjil) | 1/2 kg |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Red Chilly Powder | 1 tsp |
| Masala powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | as required |
| Kudum Puli (Kumkum Star) | 1 |
| Ginger | 1" piece |
| Green Chilly | 2 |
| Tomato | 2 |
| Garlic | 5 cloves |
| Big Onion | 2 |

| Preparation Method: |
- Clean the pananjil and cook it with turmeric powder, salt, and kudam puli.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic and tomato and saute for a while.
- Add red chilly powder and masala and mix well.
- Add the cooked meenmutta and fry for some more time until all the water disappears. (Ularthuka)
- Garnish with onion and tomato slices
:- Serve.
