Traditional Kerala Parippu Curry Recipe

| Ingredients: |
| Green gram(Cheruparippu | 1 cup |
| Water | 3 cups |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | As reqd |
| Ghee | 2 tsp |
|
| Preparation Method: |
- Fry the lentils slightly in a pan
- Boil 3 cups of water
- Add the washed lentils and turmeric powder
- When it boils, lower the flame
- When the lentil is cooked well, add salt and ghee
- Mix well and remove from fire
