Tomato Cream Soup Recipe

| Ingredients: |
| Milk | 1 cup |
| Tomatoes | 3 cups cut fine |
| Flour (maida) | 2 tablespoon |
| Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
| Onion | 1 thin slice |
| Butter | 2 tablespoon |
| Salt | 1 tablespoon |
| Pepper powder | One teaspoon |
| Garlic | 2 pods |

| Preparation Method: |
- Heat milk in a saucepan.
- Now put the other ingredients in a grinder or in a blender and process till smooth.
- Remove the lid and slowly pour the hot milk to it and blend once.
- Pour the entire mixture into a vessel and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
- If you need only the juice you can strain the mixture after you blend it in a mixer grinder and then pour milk into it.
