| Ingredients: |
| Channa Dal | 1 Cup |
| Tuvar Dal | 1 Cup |
| Urad Dal | ¼ Cup |
| Moong Dal | ¼ Cup |
| Rice | ¼ Cup |
| Grated Coconut | ½ Cup |
| Green Chilies | 2 |
| Red Chilies | 4 |
| Ginger | 1 |
| Salt,Oil | As required |
| Chopped Coriander | ½ Cup |
| Curry Leaves | 8 |

| Preparation Method: |
- Soak dals together and rice separately for 2 hours.
- Grind rice, chilles, curry leaves and ginger together.
- Add dals and grind again.
- Add salt, coriander and coconut and mix well.
- Heat a griddle and pour some batter and spread in a circular motion.
- Spread one spoon of oil around the dosa and cook both sides.
