Aval Payasam Recipe

| Ingredients: |
| Aval | ½ Cup |
| Sugar | ¾ Cup |
| Ghee | ¼ Cup |
| Milk | 1½ Cup |
| Cashew Nuts and Raisins | As required |
| Cardamom Powder | As required |
|
| Preparation Method: |
- Fry the aval in ¼ cup ghee.
- Later boil the same in 1½ cup milk.
- Add sugar.
- Fry cashew nuts, raisins in little ghee and add to the payasam.
- Add cardamom powder and stir well.
