Naadan Fish Fry Recipe

| Ingredients: |
| Fish (Naimeen, Nadan mathi, Para, Avoli etc., ) | 4 nos |
| Small onions(Kunjulli) | 4 nos |
| Garlic pods | 3 nos |
| Ginger | 1 small piece |
| Green chillies | 2 nos |
| Pepper powder | 1 tsp |
| Red chilly powder | 2 tbsp |
| Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
| Curry leaves(chopped) | As reqd |
| Salt | As reqd |
| Coconut oil | for frying |
| Onion and tomato slices | for garnishing |

| Preparation Method: |
- Clean fish and cut into 2 pieces each for frying
- Grind together small onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt into a thick paste
- Marinate the fish pieces with the above paste and curry leaves for 30 mins
- Fry them in oil
- Garnish with onion and tomato slices
:- Serve.
